The Arena remains closed for events but is working with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals on a number of initiatives allowing the venue to play a small but important role within the Sheffield community.

Tickets are available for Arena shows through this website, via the ticket hotline or you can book / collect tickets for Arena shows in person from the Sheffield City Hall Box Office, Barkers Pool, Sheffield, S1 2JA.

The Arena Box Office will be open to personal callers on event days only - if you wish to book or collect tickets in person in advance of the show we offer this facility from the Sheffield City Hall Box Office, Barkers Pool, Sheffield, S1 2JA - Sheffield City Hall opening hours available here.
The Arena Box Office is located at Entrance C on the ground floor and has a purpose built low level counter. A hearing assistance system is installed on box office counters marked with the international symbol of deafness or hard of hearing for customers with hearing difficulties. There is ample parking outside the entrance, including disabled parking spaces. Please read the venue's security procedures that restricts the access to the venue, car parks & box office on event days.
Unless stated all tickets purchased in person from the Arena or Sheffield City Hall Box Offices for shows at the Arena are subject to fees - the same charges apply to all payment methods, cash, card & cheque. This price can be found on the event page of the show you are attending.

As a general guide tickets are not immediately available for collection - to find out when you can collect please visit the events page on our website, which will state this in the event/booking text - or if your booking starts with UK please call 0114 256 56 56, for all Steeelers Ice Hockey bookings call 0114 256 55 66.
Sometimes these tickets are referred to as COBO, which simply means tickets have been left Care Of Box Office.
All pre-booked tickets purchased through the Arena Box Office that are collected from the FlyDSA Arena or Sheffield City Hall Box Offices can only be collected by the credit card holder who must sign for the tickets and present the card with which they have ordered the tickets.
If you are collecting your Arena tickets on the show day these will be available from Entrance C Box Office which remains open until the main artiste is due on stage. Should the location of the box office change on the day stewards will direct you to the alternative box office.
If you have purchased tickets through another ticket agent you will need to check with them regarding their collection procedure as they often are only on site on the day of the show only and usually just before the doors open time.

The telephone booking line number, powered by Ticketmaster, is 0114 256 56 56, is open 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday & will only be open at weekends when the Arena is hosting an event. The Arena Box Office is only open to personal callers when we have an event taking place at the Arena.
Customers can book and collect their Arena tickets in person from the Sheffield City Hall Box Office, Barkers Pool, Sheffield, S1 2JA - click here for Sheffield City Hall opening times.
On the day we are hosting an event the box office will open at 12noon and stay open until the main act is on stage, this will vary depending on the event so please check the specific show page for running order details. (If the start time of the event is morning/early afternoon will usually open from 9am).
When coming to the box office on an event day please be aware that the security procedures in place at this show may restrict access to the venue and car parks. As access to the box office is through our car parks you may be asked to park off-site and walk to the box office to maintain the integrity of the safety checks already carried out on site.
The Box Office is located at Entrance C on the ground floor and has a purpose built low level counter installed. There is ample parking outside the entrance, including disabled parking spaces. Please ensure that you obtain a ticket from the pay & display ticket machine and clearly display the ticket in your car - parking is free for the first hour you just need to obtain & display the ticket. Please read the venue's security procedures that restricts the access to the venue, car parks & box office on event days.
