Ticketmaster launch new Ticket Voucher scheme

May 2020

If your event has been rescheduled by the event organisers, the tickets you already have will be valid for the new date.

If you can’t make the new date, you may be able get a voucher which is redeemable against any FlyDSA Arena or Sheffield City Hall event that is on sale through www.ticketmaster.co.uk. It’s really easy to get your voucher, you just need to tap the See Your Options button next to your tickets in My Account and then hit Request Your Voucher.

We encourage anyone who can’t attend the new date to exchange for a voucher where possible. By doing so you are helping to protect and support the live entertainment industry in these difficult times. If a voucher isn’t available or if you do not want one, you can contact customer services to ask for refund by clicking submit a request at the bottom of this page.

Your credit voucher is valid for 24 months from date of issue and will be stored in your account and will need to be used by you - you cannot transfer to someone else.

Once you have requested your voucher, you cannot switch back to your original tickets.

If you have any questions on the Ticket Voucher scheme or any other ticketing questions that arent covered in our FAQ's then the best way to get in contact with Tickemaster is via the Customer Service Form, just choose the option that best matches your query below.

Ticketmaster aim to get back to you within 72 hours. It's also worth noting that for reasons of security they are only able to enter into discussion with the original cardholder.
