Mobile ticketing for Arena & City Hall events
We are preparing for a new future and putting plans in place so that when we all return to live entertainment it is as safe as we can possibly make it for everyone attending and working in our venues.
Part of this process is looking at how we deliver tickets and reducing the number of points of contact between the venue and customers in the distribution and collection of tickets and how they are used to enter and move around the building.
From June 2020 all tickets purchased online from the Arena web site will only be available on mobile phone.
By removing post and collection options for all online purchases (currently on all seated tickets at the Arena and every City Hall event) we will be both reducing traffic to the Box Office and contact with paper tickets from the stuffing and posting of tickets in the venue post room to the handling and scanning of tickets by customers and staff when they come to the show.

As our venues and box offices are currently closed for both in person and telephone bookings tickets are available online & will be mobile/e-tickets.
If you do not wish to purchase mobile tickets you will need to wait for the re-opening of the venues phone lines & in person box offices (no re-opening date currently available) from which point your options will be:-
Purchase tickets in person from the City Hall Box Office.
Purchase tickets through the venue phone line on 0114 256 55 66 and have the tickets posted.
Purchase limited edition Collectable Tickets online.
We know that this is a significant change, but we are looking at all ways that we can make our venues safe. The move to mobile ticketing along with the many future measures that will be implemented will enable us to deliver events in the safest possible environment.
